Our Vision

Lack of Employability Skills is a major problem among young graduates. Employers are not able to find quality candidates trained in Soft Skills and Hard Skills, who are industry ready at least in Attitude, Communications and Etiquettes.

Considering the above reality , we have decided to conduct a detailed programme for development of these skills among students and impart these essential skills through Experiential Learning model so that they become proficient in these skills and become ready to face Campus Interviews and other challenges with confidence.

We want to positively impact career and life success of youth particularly from disadvantaged semi-urban and rural areas, we want to provide them learning resources through online and offline modes so as to make them Employable and  Entrepreneurial , leading to a sucessful and honourable life.

Major Neelendra Chauhan

Founder & Chief Mentor

Major. Neelendra Chauhan is an Army officer – turned Entrepreneur and Angel Investor. He is a domain expert in the field of HR , Recruitment, Training and Upskilling. He has made significant contributions to the world of Employability skills Development and Entrepreneurship among youth.
He runs a Non-profit Organization with a mission to help talented sports kids from rural India. He is Vice President of Uttar Pradesh Athletics Association.

He is also Patron of Indian Veterans Organisation which works for wefare of Ex-servicemen and their families across India.
With a career spanning 22 years, he has established himself as a thought leader , implemention expert and innovator in his respective domains.

Capt. Manjula Katoch

Co-Founder & Training Head

An energetic, full of life, dynamic Ex-Army Officer with excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills who believes in lateral thinking and finding simple solutions to complex problems. Proud Alumna of Officers Training Academy and Image Consulting Business Institute.
Capt. Manjula Katoch has a vast experience of 21 long years in various walks of life.
She is a Fitness Enthusiast, A Full Marathoner and a Triathlete, Ambassador of PINKATHON, the biggest Women Running Community of India being led by the Ironman himself, Mr. Milind Soman.
She has been a Speaker and Panelist for Women Economic Forum organized by WICCI and was conferred upon the Award of Exceptional Women of Excellence in December 2022.
